文献综述：数字全球价值链与企业技术创新

Abstract
数字经济时代,由数据要素驱动参与国际分工并创造贸易利益的新型贸易方式——数字 全球价值链正在形成。本文在系统梳理数字全球价值链的内涵界定、量化方法等研 究基础上,从积极影响和消极影响两个维度阐释嵌入数字全球价值链对企业技术创新 的影响机理。考虑到该领域的研究方兴未艾,目前存在数字全球价值链内涵界定不统 一,量化方法缺乏创新,机制研究维度不足等研究局限,可考虑从数据要素本质特征视 角丰富数字全球价值链内涵,厘清其与传统全球价值链的边界；加强对数字经济下“ 数字双循环”的量化考察,促进数字经济的内外协同发展；拓展机制研究的非线性维 度,加强对数字全球价值链影响企业技术创新制度环境的研究三个方面对未来研究进 行拓展深化。
