Ownership Statement
We are an independent privately held academic publisher owned by our founding management team. No external investors or commercial groups have control over journal editorial standards. Any updates to company ownership or senior management will be posted on this page within 30 working days.
Separation of Commercial and Editorial Responsibilities
Our commercial team only provides auxiliary services including website maintenance, APC billing, DOI registration and long-term archiving via Portico. Company owners, marketing and finance staff are prohibited from interfering with any manuscript review, acceptance or rejection decisions.
All authors’ APC payment records are hidden from editors and reviewers. Manuscript decisions are judged purely on academic quality, independent of publication volume or revenue targets.
Each journal’s Editor-in-Chief holds full final authority over all academic judgments. If editors face improper pressure from publisher management, they may submit a neutral investigation request to COPE.
Compliance Commitment
All internal management and editorial rules comply with the global transparency standards issued by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). We fully disclose APC waiver and discount policies on each journal website and guarantee permanent long-term storage of all published articles via Portico digital archiving platform.
