银川市土壤中PFAS的赋存特征与健康风险研究

Abstract

全氟/多氟烷基化合物(PFAS)是一类典型的持久性有机污染物,目前针对我国西北沙 戈荒区域土壤中PFAS污染的研究较为薄弱。本研究以宁夏银川市典型沙戈荒生态脆 弱区土壤为研究对象,确定其中PFAS的含量、组成和空间分布特征,结合比值法、相 关性分析开展污染源解析,并利用CSOIL模型评估土壤中PFAS对成人与儿童的健康暴 露风险。结果表明,研究区土壤中PFAS的总浓度为0.935~11.523 ng/g,6:2 FTS为主要化合物;3#、7#、11#采样点的PFAS浓度相对较高。源解析结果显示区域 污染以大气湿沉降为主,同时受到附近道路交通、养殖等人为活动的影响。健康风险 评价结果表明,研究区土壤中PFAS对周边居民的整体健康风险较低,但人群尤其是儿 童对PFOA的暴露情况需要重点关注。本研究可为西北生态脆弱区PFAS污染防控提供 理论依据与数据支撑。
