脲酶诱导碳酸钙沉淀(EICP)技术固化土壤重金属的研究进展

Abstract

重金属作为一类剧毒污染物,具有不可生物降解的核心特性,易在环境中长期积累,且 能在生物体内逐步富集,最终通过食物链实现传递,对生态环境和人体健康构成潜在 威胁。因此,重金属污染土壤的修复显得尤为重要,然而,传统修复技术存在成本高、 二次污染风险大等局限,脲酶诱导碳酸钙沉淀(EICP)技术作为新型修复手段,具有环 保高效、适用范围广等优势。本文综述了土壤重金属污染现状、来源与危害,梳理了 传统修复技术的不足及EICP技术的研究进展;最后提出当前该技术存在的问题,展望 未来发展方向,以期为高效、经济、环保的重金属污染土壤修复技术研发提供参考。
