技术性贸易壁垒对中国新能源汽车出口贸易的影响

Abstract
全球关税壁垒削减背景下,技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)渐成主要贸易障碍。本文聚焦中国新能源汽车出口,剖析TBT通过抬高准入成本(如认证费用)、压缩出口规模(数量抑制效应)及削弱价格竞争力(价格抑制效应)的三重作用机制,结合动态面板模型对美欧等市场进行实证检验。研究发现,TBT显著抑制出口贸易流量,尤其中低端车型受影响更深。对此,建议通过强化固态电池等核心技术研发、主导国际标准制定、推动检测互认等举措,突破技术壁垒约束,助推产业全球化。
