劳动力迁移和人力资本投资的分析框架研究

Abstract

技术型劳动力迁移获得的高回报激励着人力资本水平低的区域加大投资力度。在迁出地,人力资本投资水平与劳动力迁移发生概率有正向关联,而且劳动力迁移数量的增加可以一个贫困地区摆脱欠发达状态。本文构建的世代重叠决策模型从企业和个体两个层面分析了劳动力迁移行为概率对迁入和迁出地人力资本投资水平的影响,重点分析了劳动力迁移的三大效应,并提出相关建议。
