高剂量氧化锌的替代策略:凹凸棒石与益生菌在仔猪断奶期的应用

Abstract

仔猪断奶后两周内常因生理、环境及日粮变化引发断奶应激综合征,表现为采食量下降、生长阻滞和腹泻率高发。长期以来,高剂量(通常为2500-3000mg/kg)的氧化锌被广泛应用于防治仔猪腹泻、促进生长。然而,高剂量锌的长期使用导致环境污染、细菌耐药性及动物体内微量元素代谢紊乱等问题,使其在全球范围内面临禁用或限用。因此,开发高效、安全、环保的替代方案成为当前畜牧业研究的迫切需求。本文综述了矿物吸附剂凹凸棒石与复合益生菌联合使用,作为一种潜在的协同替代策略,在缓解断奶应激、维持肠道健康、促进生长性能方面的作用机理与应用前景,以期为绿色健康养殖提供理论依据。
