肉牛育肥后期瘤胃酸中毒及高增重整体日粮解决方案

Abstract

本文采用系统性文献综述方法,整合分析2000-2023年间关于肉牛育肥后期瘤胃酸中毒防控与增重优化的研究成果。基于营养生理学与瘤胃发酵动力学原理,构建包含日粮组成调控、饲喂策略管理和功能性添加剂应用三位一体的整合解决方案理论框架。分析表明,通过精粗比动态优化(维持精料比例70-85%的同时确保有效中性洗涤纤维不低于15%)、淀粉源组合(快慢降解淀粉搭配)、缓冲剂复合使用(NaHCO₃0.8-1.5%+MgO0.3-0.5%)、益生菌与酵母培养物添加以及实施多餐饲喂(每日3-4次)等综合措施,可协同稳定瘤胃pH值(将pH<5.8的时间控制在3h/d以内),提高日增重5-15%并显著降低代谢性疾病发生率。本研究为肉牛育肥后期健康高效生产提供了理论依据和系统化实践指导。
