春砂仁的种植应用溯源与应用发展概述

Abstract
阳春砂仁(Amomum villosumLour.)位列中国“四大南药”之首,兼具道地药材属性、经济价值与文化象征意义。本文系统梳理其种植历史、药效演变及产业化进程。阳春砂仁种植面积达6.3万亩,全产业链产值超13亿元,涵盖药膳、保健品及深加工领域,并于2013年获国家地理标志认证。研究进一步整合近年成果,包括林下种植模式优化、光环境调控技术及跨界应用探索(如食品乳化剂、水产饲料添加剂),揭示其“药-食-工”多维开发潜力。本文为春砂仁资源保护、产业升级及文化传承提供理论支撑,同时为中医药现代化与乡村振兴战略的协同推进提供案例参考。
