水稻重组自交系氮素利用效率的QTL研究进展

Abstract
氮素利用效率(NUE)是影响水稻产量和生态环境可持续性的关键因素之一。近年来,通过重组自交系(RIL)群体的QTL定位及全基因组关联分析(GWAS),研究者鉴定并克隆了多个与氮素吸收、转运及代谢相关的关键基因(如OsNRT1.1B、OsGS1.1),揭示了氮素利用的遗传调控机制。本研究系统综述了基于RIL群体的QTL定位、功能基因解析及分子育种进展,分析了当前研究面临的表型复杂性与环境互作挑战,并展望了高通量测序和表型组学在氮素高效利用研究中的应用潜力,为高效氮素利用水稻品种的培育提供了重要的理论依据和技术支撑。
