The rise of short video platforms provides new opportunities and challenges for the modern dissemination of classical poetry. The article analyzes the characteristics of the short video medium and the scenario-based communication, pointing out its significance and challenges in the communication process of classical poetry. Taking "The Case of Green Jade - Yuan Xi" as an example, the article discusses its scenario suitability, and on this basis proposes multi-dimensional communication strategies such as visual reconstruction, aural creation and interactive design, evaluates its communication effect, reflects on the balance between traffic and culture, and further proposes the direction of optimization, with the aim of providing theoretical support and practical paths for the innovative communication and effective inheritance of classical poems on the short-video platform.
