员工安全行为影响因素及控制对策解析

Abstract
员工安全行为是企业安全生产的基石,其表现直接决定了事故发生的概率与后果的严重程度。本文系统梳理了影响员工安全行为的个人、管理、物与环境、技术与信息四大类核心因素,深入剖析了各类因素的形成原因,并从事故致因理论、行为安全理论、人因工程学等多个学科视角,阐述了其理论依据。在此基础上,针对不同影响因素提出了系统性的控制措施与对策,旨在为企业提升安全管理水平、构建本质安全型企业提供理论参考与实践指导。
