日本企业在东南亚发展策略探析

Abstract
20世纪70年代后期开始,日本在东南亚地区展开了大规模的投资活动。在此背景下, 日本企业逐步形成了一套系统的发展策略：一是通过将供应链重点布局于泰国、越 南等基础设施较为完善的国家与积极推进数字化和清洁能源转型的供应链策略；二 是依托多元主体提供全方位支持的政企协同策略。这一系列策略在提升供应链韧性 ,扩大日本的区域影响力以及有效缓解通缩带来的负面影响等方面发挥了重要作用。
