Abstract
社会情感能力作为师范生必备的专业能力,是一种包含多方面能力要素的综合能力。 它在促进师范生提升自身职业认同、形成学生良好情感品质、构建和谐教育生态方 面具有积极作用。循证教育作为一种基于证据的科学化研究理念,为师范生社会情感 能力培养提供了新的研究视角和问题解决理路。本文在分析教师社会情感能力概念 的基础上厘清了师范生社会情感能力的内涵与构成,具体包括师范生处理与自我关系 的两项能力,处理与他人、与集体关系的两项能力以及个体负责任的决策能力。在循 证教育视域下分析师范生社会情感能力的培养路径,主要探讨了三个方面,即有效统 整师范生社会情感能力培养的循证资源、不断优化师范生社会情感能力培养的循证 标准、积极推进师范生社会情感能力培养的循证教学。
