Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the application value of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR combined with loop mediated isothermal amplification technology in the rapid diagnosis of viral diseases. Method: From January to December 2025, 100 suspected viral disease patients were enrolled and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Diagnosis was performed using a combination of novel molecular detection technology and traditional virus isolation and culture combined with serological testing; Using clinical comprehensive diagnostic results as the gold standard, compare the diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and consistency with the gold standard between the two groups. Result: The diagnostic accuracy (96.00%), sensitivity (97.14%), and specificity (93.33%) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (78.00%, 75.76%, 82.35%), with a Kappa value of 0.912 and good consistency. Conclusion: The combined molecular detection technology has high accuracy and reliability, which can effectively improve the early diagnosis efficiency of viral diseases and has good clinical promotion prospects.
