The Practice of Promoting Nursing Education and Teaching Reform by Nursing Skills Competition

Abstract
With the development of The Times and the continuous improvement of medical science and technology, nursing work plays a more and more important role in the whole medical system. In order to improve the professional skills and service quality of nursing staff, nursing skills competition came into being, and has become an important platform to test and enhance the professional ability of nursing staff. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to promote the reform of nursing education and teaching through nursing skills competition, so as to meet the needs of nursing talents in the new era.
