城市地下管线三维建模与可视化测绘应用研究

Abstract

城市地下管线是城市运行的重要基础设施,其空间位置、埋深关系和拓扑连通性直接影响道路建设、地下空间开发、灾害防控与市政运维效率。针对传统地下管线测绘成果分散、二维表达能力不足、模型更新滞后以及现场决策支撑有限等问题,本文以“三维建模—可视化表达—测绘应用”一体化流程为主线,系统研究城市地下管线三维建模与可视化测绘的关键技术。在数据获取层面,构建融合控制测量、管线探测、移动测量、激光扫描与既有竣工资料的多源数据体系;在建模层面,提出面向管线中心线、断面参数、附属设施和语义属性的分层重建方法,实现地下管线几何模型、拓扑网络和属性数据库的统一组织;在表达层面,结合GIS、BIM与三维引擎构建多尺度可视化场景,实现剖切分析、净距判别、碰撞检查、开挖辅助判读和动态更新管理。研究表明,该技术路线能够有效提高地下管线测绘成果的空间表达能力、更新效率与应用深度,对城市更新、精细化管理和数字孪生底座建设具有较强的工程应用价值。
