Abstract
目的:探究彩色多普勒超声及磁共振成像在胎盘植入诊断中的应用价值。方法:本次 研究的起始时间为2021年9月份,截止时间为2025年8月份,患者数量为60例,所有患者 均提供彩色多普勒超声、磁共振成像、彩色多普勒超声及磁共振成像;以手术结果 为金标准,分析诊断效能。结果:联合诊断的符合率、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值 、阴性预测值高于磁共振成像、彩色多普勒超声,P<0.05。结论:将彩色多普勒超声 与磁共振成像共同应用于胎盘植入诊断中,可以提升诊断的准确性,为患者临床治疗 提供依据。
