Abstract

碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(Carbapenem-Resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae,CRKP)所致肺炎是临床常见的严重院内感染,具有高发病率、高死亡率及 治疗选择有限的特点,已成为全球公共卫生领域的重大挑战。头孢他啶阿维巴坦作为 一种新型β-内酰胺类抗生素与β- 内酰胺酶抑制剂的复方制剂,凭借其对CRKP的独特抗菌机制,在临床治疗中展现出显 著优势。本文结合近年来国内外相关研究成果及临床实践,对头孢他啶阿维巴坦治疗 CRKP肺炎的作用机制、临床疗效、耐药性现状、联合用药策略及特殊人群应用等新 进展进行系统综述,为临床合理用药、优化治疗方案及后续研究提供参考。
