Abstract
患者女性，65 岁，双膝退行性骨关节炎（K-L Ⅲ 级）慢性疼痛 5 年余，经口服镇痛、理疗、玻璃酸钠关节腔注射等传统保守方案疗效不佳，于博鳌一龄生命养护中心医院接受乐城特许引进 nSTRIDE® 自体蛋白（APS）单次超声引导膝关节腔注射治疗。全程采血至注射耗时约 20 min，操作顺利，术中及术后无严重不良反应。术后患者主观膝关节疼痛、活动受限症状显著缓解。本病例为博鳌一龄生命养护中心医院首例 nSTRIDE® 特许疗法应用，证实该自体再生微创方案适用于中老年中重度膝骨关节炎，对比传统玻璃酸钠、常规 PRP 具有单次疗程、抗炎修复双重作用、安全性良好的优势，为关节置换术前保膝治疗提供全新临床路径。
