Abstract
泛血管疾病作为累及全身动脉系统的严重慢性疾病,常导致患者运动能力显著下降与生活质量严重受损。传统院内康复模式存在覆盖范围有限、患者依从性不足等问题,难以满足该类人群长期康复需求,探索高效、可及且可持续的新型康复模式具备重要现实意义。本文综述以社区为核心,融合家庭、社区中心、户外环境的多场景运动康复干预模式,梳理其在改善泛血管重症患者心肺耐力、肌肉力量、平衡能力等运动功能,以及优化生理、心理、社会多维度生活质量的现有研究证据,系统归纳干预方案设计要点、实施路径、效果评估方式与现存实践难题,旨在为构建并完善适配该群体的社区康复服务体系提供理论支撑与实践参考。
