Abstract
我国护理队伍不断壮大，临床教学质量要求也更高，一分钟导师模型作为一种高效、便捷的临床教学法，可能是解决现存临床护理教学的方法之一。本文通过综述OMP模型的发展、理论基础、实施步骤及应用效果，为国内临床护理教育提供参考。
