动车组用扩口式导管高频振动与冲击工况下的密封性能实验分析

Abstract

在高速动车领域中,导管的密封性能对整个动力系统、空气循环系统等起着至关重要的作用。但在运行过程中,不可避免的受到高频振动与冲击的影响,管接头锥形部分与导管扩口面之间也会产生微动疲劳现象,导致密封性能大幅下降。本研究针对φ15、φ18与φ28三种尺寸的导管(直通管、弯管)分别进行振动与冲击试验,同时在传统的扩口式导管上进行改进研发新一代结构,针对振动试验。结果显示,对于错位安装的铝管,渗漏量出现一定程度的增加,而对于其他安装方式,渗漏量趋于平稳;针对冲击试验,分析不同安装方式下的密封性能,发现所有方式的渗漏量均出现一定程度的下降。
