Abstract
随着跨境电商、数字贸易和生成式人工智能的快速发展，职业教育商务英语专业面临新的转型要求。传统人才培养主要强调语言能力、外贸函电、商务翻译和跨文化交际，而当前岗位呈现数据化、智能化和全球化特征。学生不仅要会英语，还要懂海外客户沟通、AI辅助写作等。本文以生成式人工智能背景下职业教育商务英语人才培养为研究对象，以能力本位教育、产教融合协同、建构主义学习三大理论为分析框架展开研究。研究认为，当前的主要矛盾，是产业智能化升级的复合型人才需求与职业院校人才培养供给相对滞后之间的矛盾。对此，应从课程体系、实训机制、主体能力和评价方式等方面推动改革，培养适应跨境电商和数字贸易发展的高素质技术技能人才。
