外语学科硕士研究生科研创新能力培养研究

Abstract
本文旨在研究外语学科硕士研究生科研创新能力现状和影响因素。问卷调查和访谈显示,学生存在认知与实践分化、成果产出受多因素制约、能力阶段性瓶颈及科研支持不足等问题。据此提出“五化”培养策略并在本校开展实践,结果显示学生科研技能、成果产出、支持体系满意度及科研动力均显著提升。
