半菁荧光染料在基础化学综合创新实验教学中的应用实践

Abstract

针对传统化学实验教学中的内容碎片化、前沿性不足及学科交叉薄弱等问题,将新型有机荧光染料-半菁荧光探针引入综合创新实验教学体系。半菁荧光染料具有合成简单、光学性能可调控,在分析检测、生物成像等领域具有重要应用。本文基于半菁荧光染料的特性,系统探索其在综合实验教学中的应用方案。设计“染料合成→光谱表征→分析检测”三阶模块,通过两步合成半菁荧光染料,应用薄层色谱检测反应过程,结合紫外-可见光谱与荧光光谱分析检测性能。可设计重金属离子、硫化氢气体等荧光传感。通过实验与“科研反哺”教学,将基础理论(亲核取代反应、光物理机制)与前沿研究(生物成像、肿瘤标志物检测)有机融合,以提高学生的综合应用能力,为化学或相关专业综合创新实验提供了可推广范式。
