Abstract

本文聚焦数字法治时代背景下法律服务平台的崛起及其多方面影响。通过剖析法律服务平台范式的发展环境、社会价值、发展中面临的问题，以及相应的解决方案，探讨法律服务平台在社会治理中的新角色与价值，旨在为推动法治与数字技术深度融合、促进治理现代化提供理论支撑与实践参考。
