澳大利亚西海岸地区职业教育发展的挑战、举措与启示

Abstract

澳大利亚西海岸地区以其独特的地理、经济和社会背景，在职业教育（Vocational Education and Training， VET）方面面临多重挑战。包括基础设施不足、教育资源匮乏和地理隔离，缺乏与当地经济相适应的培训项目，相关机构的资金不足，以及心理支持的缺乏以及留学率低等问题。澳大利亚西海岸地区职业教育发展通过职业教育机构加强了与本地企业的合作、推行灵活的学习模式、在线课程学习、加强职业指导和心理支持服务以及学校投入资金改善基础设施，更新教学设备，提升课程质量等措施。西海岸地区的职业教育正逐步向更高质量、更具可持续性的方向发展。这些措施对于我国偏远地区职业教育发展具有重要的启示。
