从高低权力距离视角下分析中外性教育差异

Abstract
基于霍夫斯泰德六维度文化理论中的权力距离理论,本研究通过180份大学生分层抽样问卷探讨中西方性教育差异。数据显示：(1)中国家庭性教育重视程度偏低,仅3.33%受访者认为非常重视,60.6%主张平等对话模式；(2)学校性教育内容保守,学生呼吁构建系统性课程(64.44%学生认为性教育应从小学开始)。研究表明,高权力距离文化通过代际权威强化(家长和教师的绝对话语权)、知识传导单向性(以单向讲授为主)及话语规则限制(性话题的避讳与禁忌)三个维度影响教育模式。建议中国性教育在文化适应框架内融合分层课程设计、代际对话机制创新与教师角色优化,以调和传统观念与现代教育诉求。
