非侵入性生物标志物在炎症性肠病中的研究进展

Abstract
炎症性肠病(Inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种以慢性肠道炎症为特征的疾病,主要包括克罗恩病(CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(UC)。其发病机制尚未完全阐明,普遍认为是遗传易感个体在环境、微生物群、感染及免疫异常等多因素共同作用下所致。当前,内镜和病理学检查仍是疾病评估的主要手段,但因其具有侵入性、费用较高且体验较差,限制了患者的接受度。近年来,无创生物标志物的研究为IBD的病情评估与疗效监测提供了新途径。本文系统回顾了血液无创生物标志物及其他潜在生物标志物在IBD诊疗中的应用前景。通过将这些标志物与临床参数相结合,有望减少侵入性操作,推动个体化治疗,早期识别疾病活动与缓解状态,从而提升诊疗精准度,改善患者预后及生活质量。
