超微血流联合超声弹性成像在胸背部肿物中的诊断进展

Abstract

浅表肿物(年发病率约3‰)包括良性(脂肪瘤等)和恶性(纤维肉瘤等)病变,其中恶性占比不足1%。虽然组织活检是诊断金标准,但其侵入性限制了临床应用。超声技术凭借无创、实时和高分辨率等优势,结合超微血流(SMI)及超声弹性成像(UE)等新技术,显著提高了诊断准确性。胸背部肿物来源复杂,临床表现缺乏特异性,超声在鉴别良恶性(如边界清晰的脂肪瘤与血供丰富的转移癌)方面具有重要价值。尽管新兴超声技术(SMI、UE)展现出良好应用前景,仍需进一步验证其诊断效能。未来研究应着重扩大样本量、优化诊断标准,并探索人工智能辅助诊断的可行性,以建立更精准的鉴别诊断体系。
