载脂蛋白与肝细胞癌发病风险的双样本孟德尔随机分析

Abstract
该研究采用双样本孟德尔随机化（MR）方法，利用GWAS数据探讨载脂蛋白（APO）与肝细胞癌（HCC）发病风险的因果关系。结果显示，载脂蛋白F（APOF）水平与HCC风险呈显著反比关系，该关联在多种MR模型中一致且经敏感性分析验证。进一步分析提示，APOF的保护作用亦涉及肝纤维化和肝硬化。研究表明，APOF有望作为HCC及其他肝脏疾病的潜在生物标志物和治疗靶点。
