积极心理学在医务人员心理健康促进中的应用

Abstract

目的：探讨积极心理学干预对医务人员心理健康水平的改善效果。方法：选取东莞市2家二级医院116名医务人员，通过为期12个月的积极心理学综合干预（包括定制课程、团体辅导、心理咨询），采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评估干预前后心理健康状况变化。结果 干预后SCL-90总分显著降低（218.52±89.17 vs 195.34±76.82, t=-6.823, P<0.001），各因子分均显著下降（P<0.001），其中焦虑（降幅12.8%）、抑郁（降幅12.1%）及强迫症状（降幅12.8%）改善最显著。结论 积极心理学干预可有效缓解医务人员心理压力，提升心理健康水平，为医疗机构开展心理促进工作提供实践依据。
