房颤患者双心房应变功能及EAT影像组学特征的研究进展

Abstract

心房颤动(atrial fibrillation AF),是全球最普遍的持续性心律失常,其诊治和预防至关重要。目前,左心房重构在房颤发生、发展、射频消融术后复发中的作用已得到广泛研究及证实,且左、右心房重构及功能变化往往同时发生于房颤中。另外,研究证实房颤患者EAT(Epicardial Adipose Tissue EAT)影像组学特征及性质发生变化。且EAT影像组学特征与心房应变能力相关。因此,探讨房颤患者左、右心房应变功能、EAT影像组学特征及其关系可能为心房颤动的预防及诊疗带来新的见解。该研究主要综述了房颤患者双心房应变功能及EAT影像组学特征的研究进展。
