肺癌患者术后行放疗治疗期间采用全程综合护理的效果分析

Abstract
目的：剖析全程综合护理用于肺癌术后放疗中的作用。方法：随机均分2024年3月-2025年3月本院接诊肺癌术后放疗病人（N=120）。试验组采取全程综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对比等指标。结果：关于不良反应：试验组15.0%，对照组40.0%，P＜0.05。护理质量：护理质量：试验组（98.04±1.17）分，对照组（92.18±2.41）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。SDS和SAS评分：干预后，试验组（37.12±3.56）分、（35.03±4.05）分，对照组（47.83±4.93）分、（46.11±5.02）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组95.0%，对照组80.0%，P＜0.05。结论：肺癌术后放疗病人用全程综合护理，其护理质量和心态及满意度均得到显著改善，不良反应发生率显著降低。
