RASSF10蛋白在肿瘤中的作用及研究进展

Abstract
RASSF10蛋白是Ras相关结构域家族(RASSF)最新被确认的成员,该蛋白是近年来被证实的一种新型肿瘤抑制蛋白。多项研究表明,RASSF10蛋白在多种肿瘤疾病及非肿瘤疾病中,主要通过调控多种关键的细胞内信号通路实现,从调控细胞周期及细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和凋亡、抑制上皮-间充质转化,到表观遗传修饰、微观稳定性调控、代谢调控、参与DNA损伤应答等多层次、多阶段、复杂的生物学过程,RASSF10发挥“信号枢纽”的作用,从而在抑制肿瘤的发生发展中有着不可替代的作用。因此,本综述系统梳理RASSF10在肿瘤领域的作用及研究进展,旨在为肿瘤的精准防治提供新的理论支撑和干预靶点。
