幽门螺杆菌感染高危因素分析及社区医生宣教干预效果研究

Abstract

幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是一种寄生于人类胃黏膜的致病性细菌,与多种胃肠道疾病密切相关,如胃炎和胃癌。该研究旨在分析幽门螺杆菌感染的高危因素,并评估社区医生宣教干预的效果。通过问卷调查法招募社区居民,重点关注社会经济状态、饮食习惯和家庭环境等因素。结果显示,在调查的社区居民中,消化道症状、基础疾病和长期服用抑酸药物均显著与感染率相关。健康宣教后,居民对幽门螺杆菌的知识认知率从30%提高至80%,药物治疗依从性从60%上升至90%,幽门螺杆菌感染率下降了25%。此外,改善饮食习惯和家庭卫生状况显著降低了感染风险。结果表明,社区医生的宣教干预在提升居民健康知识、改善生活方式和降低幽门螺杆菌感染率方面具有重要作用。未来应进一步扩大样本量和开展多中心研究,以验证研究结果并为公共卫生政策的制定提供依据。同时,建议加强对高危人群的筛查和健康教育,以优化预防和干预策略。
