环泊酚的临床应用及研究进展

Abstract
环泊酚是一种新型的非巴比妥类静脉麻醉药。与丙泊酚相比具有对循环与呼吸系统抑制轻、注射痛发生率低、脂类蓄积少等优势,目前已经应用于麻醉诱导、无痛胃肠镜及重症监护室镇静等方面。本文系统总结了环泊酚的药理作用机制及其临床研究进展,旨在为该药物的临床应用提供坚实的理论基础,同时积极探讨其未来研究的发展方向与潜在价值。
