中药复方制剂结合运动对肥胖小鼠自噬的降脂机制研究

Abstract
目的：探讨中药配合运动减肥的作用机制。方法：健康C57BL/6雄性小鼠采用高脂饮食,建立肥胖小鼠模型。将小鼠随机分为正常对照组(PFD组)、肥胖模型组(HHC组)、肥胖症运动组(ENC组)和肥胖症中药组(YNC组)。YNC组灌胃6G/(kg·d)中药,ENC组进行中等强度连续平板运动。8周后,测定血清TG、TC、HDL、HL和LPL水平。用蛋白质印迹法检测肝组织中pAMPK/AMPK、pULK1/ULK1、pAkt/Akt、pmTOR/mTOR、LCⅡ/Ⅰ、p62的蛋白表达水平。结论：运动与中药配合可改善肥胖小鼠的脂质代谢及氧化应激相关指标。运动可激活AMPK/ULK1通路,中药可通过抑制PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路激活自噬并调节脂质代谢紊乱。
