脑梗死静脉溶栓患者采用细节化优质护理的临床效果

Abstract
目的：分析细节化优质护理用于脑梗死静脉溶栓的价值。方法：2023年6月-2025年5月本院接诊且有静脉溶栓指征的脑梗死病人（n=80）。试验组采取细节化优质护理，对照组行常规护理。对比Barthel指数等指标。结果：关于Barthel指数：干预后，试验组（83.53±6.39）分，对照组（74.68±5.35）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组2.5%，对照组20.0%，P＜0.05。总有效率：试验组95.0%，对照组77.5%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组97.5%，对照组77.5%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：脑梗死病人静脉溶栓用细节化优质护理，日常生活能力与满意度提升均较为显著，并发症也更少，护理效果更高。
