综合护理干预在小儿重症肺炎护理患者中的效果分析

Abstract
目的：分析小儿重症肺炎用综合护理干预所起到的作用。方法：随机均分2024年1月-12月本院接诊重症肺炎患儿（n=60）。试验组采取综合护理干预，对照组行常规护理。对比住院时间等指标。结果：关于气促缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、住院时间与退热时间：试验组短于对照组，P＜0.05。护理质量：试验组（98.73±0.63）分，对照组（93.02±0.97）分，P＜0.05。动脉血氧分压和动脉血二氧化碳分压：干预后，试验组（65.59±7.28）mmHg、（48.93±6.13）mmHg，对照组（60.02±6.91）mmHg、（54.67±8.04）mmHg，P＜0.05。家属满意度：试验组96.67%，对照组80.0%，P＜0.05。呼吸频率：干预后，试验组低至（23.17±3.42）次/min，对照组高达（29.72±4.15）次/min，差异显著（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组3.33%，对照组20.0%，P＜0.05。结论：小儿重症肺炎用综合护理干预，患儿的康复情况更好，护理质量与家属满意度都更高，动脉血气分析指标与呼吸频率改善也更加显著，并发症更少。
