对比常规护理与抗焦虑护理在脊柱外科患者术后镇痛中的应用效果

Abstract
目的：对比常规护理和抗焦虑护理在脊柱外科患者术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法：筛选我院106例的脊柱外科手术患者为研究对象,具体时间段在2024年1月-2024年12月之间,随机分为两组(每组53例),对照组实施常规护理,而研究组实施抗焦虑护理。结果：研究组焦虑改善程度更好(P＜0.05)；研究组VAS及SF-36评分更符合正常值(P＜0.05)。结论：抗焦虑护理在脊柱外科患者术后镇痛中的应用效果更理想,可以明显调节焦虑表现,减轻疼痛程度,从而提高生活质量,应该推广。
