优质护理服务应用于乳腺癌护理中对患者康复和生活质量的影响

Abstract
目的：探讨与分析在乳腺癌患者临床护理中实施优质护理服务的护理方式对患者康复和生活质量所造成的影响。方法：选择我院在2022年2月-2024年2月收治的90例乳腺癌患者,随机(数字表法)分组,对照组：采取常规性的护理措施,研究组：采取优质护理服务的护理方式。观察比较两组患者的康复效果、生活质量、SAS、SDS评分情况。结果：研究组干预后的康复效果明显更为理想(P＜0.05)；研究组患者的生活质量评分明显更高(P＜0.05);干预前两组SAS、SDS评分比较并无显著差异性(P＞0.05),干预后研究组患者的SAS、SDS评分较低(P＜0.05)。结论：对于乳腺癌患者来讲,对其实施采取优质护理服务的护理方式,其临床治疗效果明显更为理想,能够明显提升患者的生活质量水平,在临床中具有较高的应用价值以及显著的护理效果,能促进患者焦躁、抑郁等多种不良情绪改善,可进一步加以推广与使用。
