个性化护理应用在重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿护理中的研究

Abstract
目的：探讨与分析在重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿临床护理中对其实施个性化护理方式的临床应用效果。方法：选择我院在2023年1月-2024年12月收治的100例肺炎高热惊厥患儿,随机(数字表法)分组,对照组：采取常规性的护理措施,研究组：采取个性化护理方式。观察比较两组患儿的症状消失时间以及护理满意度情况。结果：研究组干预后的症状消失时间明显更短(P＜0.05)；研究组患儿的护理满意度明显更高(P＜0.05)。结论：对重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿采取个性化护理的方式,其临床治疗效果明显更为理想,能够明显的缩短患儿症状消失时间,加快患儿的病情康复进程,提升患儿家属对护理人员的满意程度,在临床中具有较高的应用价值以及显著的护理效果,可进一步加以推广与使用。
