肾结石手术治疗方式的研究进展

Abstract
肾结石是泌尿系统常见疾病,近年来其全球发病率呈逐年上升趋势。随着医疗技术进步,肾结石的手术治疗方式已经从传统的开放手术迅速发展为以微创技术为主导的多元化治疗格局。本文系统综述了肾结石手术治疗的最新进展,重点分析了体外冲击波碎石术、经皮肾镜取石术、输尿管软镜技术、机器人辅助手术以及新兴技术(可弯负压吸引技术)和(软磁机器人)系统的技术特点、临床应用效果及适应症。同时探讨了复杂性肾结石的个体化治疗策略、术后并发症管理、复发预防措施以及未来发展方向。通过对现有文献的综合分析,表明微创技术正在向更精准、更安全、更高效的方向发展,为临床医师制定个体化治疗方案提供了重要参考。
