种植体周围软组织增量的新策略:i-PRF、ADM 及微针的联 合应用

Abstract

种植体周围软组织在维持长期稳定性及美学效果方面具有重要的临床意义。传统的自体软组织移植(如游离龈移植、上皮下结缔组织移植)虽被认为是“金标准”,但存在供区损伤、手术时间长及患者依从性低等缺陷。近年来,可注射富血小板纤维蛋白(i-PRF)、脱细胞真皮基质(ADM)以及微针技术(MN)被逐渐应用于种植体周软组织增量研究。i-PRF通过持续释放多种生长因子促进血管生成和组织修复;ADM作为三维胶原支架,可维持空间并增强黏膜厚度;微针则通过机械微创刺激诱导胶原沉积与血管新生,并为i-PRF的渗透提供通道。本文通过阐述i-PRF、ADM、MN各自的机制以及联合应用的优势,以期为未来的软组织增量提供一种新的思路。
