心脏代谢指数在2型糖尿病及其并发症中的研究进展

Abstract
本文旨在探讨心脏代谢指数(CMI)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其并发症发生与发展中的作用。CMI作为一种结合腹部肥胖(通过腰围身高比反映)和血脂水平(通过甘油三酯/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值体现)的新型综合指标,已被多项研究证实与T2DM的发生显著相关。本文系统综述了CMI在预测T2DM发病风险以及其常见并发症这方面的应用价值。
