使用高糖喉恶性肿瘤患者术后出现低白蛋白血症相关因素分析

Abstract
目的：本研究旨在分析喉恶性肿瘤患者术前静脉注射10%葡萄糖与术后早期血清白蛋白水平降低之间的相关性。方法：回顾性分析61例术前使用10%葡萄糖的喉恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,根据患者术后血清白蛋白水平将研究对象划分为实验组和对照组,分析两组患者年龄、是否吸烟、是否进行淋巴结清扫、发病前是否患有基础疾病、手术方式、肿瘤分期、术前白蛋白、术前总蛋白、术前前白蛋白、术前球蛋白等相关因素。结果：在接受10%葡萄糖溶液干预的61例喉恶性肿瘤患者中,术后早期阶段出现血清白蛋白水平降低的患者比例为26.23%,术前葡萄糖输注可能与术后蛋白质代谢异常存在一定关联。通过单因素分析得出实验组和对照组术前白蛋白、术前总蛋白、术前前白蛋白、术前钾、手术方式、是否吸烟的比较上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析得出术前白蛋白、术前钾和手术方式是术后出现低白蛋白血症的影响因素。结论：术前白蛋白、术前钾和手术方式与术前使用10%葡萄糖的喉恶性肿瘤患者术后早期出现低白蛋白血症的发生有关。
