甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数与脓毒症相关性的研究进展

Abstract

脓毒症(Sepsis)是一种在重症监护病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)中常见的临床综合症,是一种在全球范围内发病率和死亡率均较高的疾病。研究显示,脓毒症患者普遍存在胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistance,IR)现象,甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数(Triglyceride-glucose Index,TyG指数)作为一种简单可靠的联合血脂和血糖的IR的替代指标,具有很大的潜在价值。近年来的循证医学证据显示,甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数(TyG指数)与脓毒症的发病机制及临床预后存在显著相关性。本文综述TyG指数与脓毒症相关性的研究进展,旨在早期识别脓毒症人群,为脓毒症的临床诊疗提供新的思路和方法。
