芦荟浸膏致肝损伤作用的网络毒理学分析

Abstract
本研究通过网络药理学方法探讨芦荟浸膏致肝损伤的作用机制,为后续实验研究和临床应用提供理论依据。研究结合TCMSP数据库,以OB≥30%、DL≥0.18为条件,筛选出芦荟浸膏中的5种关键毒性成分,包括芦荟大黄素和异芦荟素等,可作用于223个靶点。核心靶点有AKT1、SRC、PPARG等,核心成分如sitosterol、quercetin等表现出较强亲和力。利用SWISS、OMIM等数据库预测靶点,通过构建“化学成分-靶点-疾病”网络,并进行蛋白质相互作用及通路富集分析。结果表明,芦荟浸膏致肝损伤可能涉及PI3K-AKT、EGFR、PPAR等信号通路,与其作用于AKT1、TP53、SRC等靶点密切相关。
